It’s important to have your puppy groomed as soon as possible so they can get used to and learn to love the grooming experience. We recommend they come in two week after their last set of vaccinations. We recommend to do a little trim or partial during their first visit in order to introduced them a relaxed and fun way to the sights, sounds and smells of the grooming salon ensuring that future visits are stress free.
It would be around three hours. But the time taken will depend on the condition and length of the hair. We will call you when they are ready.
We will give an estimated cost at your pre-treatment consultation. Pricing is based on breed, hair length, the condition of your pooch’s, skin, its temperament and age. However please use the prices listed on our Services page as guide pricing.
No. It is best to drop off your pooch at their scheduled appointment time, and then come back when the treatment is finished. Being around your pet will probably made them move around trying to get close to you which is not safe while we are grooming. Also please feel free to give us a call any time during the treatment to find out how your pet is doing.
We usually recommend every four or five weeks. However, depends on the length and type of your pet’s coat.
We do. We recommend to take the first appointment of the day (7:30 a.m.). At this time, we can do a in/out service and let them to stay here shortest time is possible.
These are scent sacs found right under your dog’s tail. Some dogs empty them naturally, some do not. Please consult with your veterinarian. Some veterinarians prefer that groomers NOT express the glands; therefore, we just do it if you requested.
Yes. If your veterinarian has prescribed or suggested an alternate shampoo rather than our product line, we will gladly use it.
Yes, we do. Our groomers are trained to groom dogs and cats also.
Dogs are always crated, unless being worked on by a groomer. They are kept in kennels appropriate to their size, in full view of the groomers at all times.
We do have one no kennel room. If you don’t want your pet waiting in a create, we have a no kennel room. You have to let us know while you are making the appointment and they have to be pick at least 30 minutes after we let you know they are ready, otherwise they will be created.
We do not shave doubled-coated dog, like huskies or German Sheppard. Shaving will not only destroy your dog’s beautiful double coat, but also harm their ability to regulate their body temperature, and even put them at risk for sunburn.
We do not.
Yes, we do. Except for hand strip we do any breed haircut. Extra charges may apply, like clean face, clean feet or others, are extra services.
An appointment must be made in order to have your pet groomed with us. We recommend to book your grooming appointment three weeks in advance. For bath we may have same day or weekday appointments.
We accept walk-ins for nails trimming, ear cleaning or glands expressions.
We can do express grooming, but you have to let us know when you are doing the appointment and an extra charged will apply.
Every service (bath, partial or full haircut) include bath, nails trimming, ear cleaning and glands expressions as you requested.
We use both. When the nails are long we use clipper first and then grinder.
Refund & Cancellations
Being 30 minutes late with no notice, is considered a “No-show, No-call”. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment, give away your spot, or decline a late drop off. Please call or email the day before to cancel or reschedule. If your pet is not picked up by closing for the day, an additional $1 per minute charge may apply.
